given reason, I think we should at the community level, no parties more than necessary. Of course, people who run for the council to be at parties, but they do not need a group membership when they move into the municipal council. Why not just people choose - let the voters do anyway easier? That would be fun if those came in the council that have the most votes - not matter if party affiliation or not! Then, every effort should / r as a person and could not hide in any kind of list position. And everyone would have to overcome their differences - for the community and not for the party and its interests. Much, much more practical! You could simply use the best people for specific projects and issues - the ideology is as yet only in your way. We are also asking not what religion one has when he or she chooses to enter the council, right?
